Update on Haiti Team - Wednesday
The team is hard at work in Cabaret. They are hauling cement for the workers who are stuccoing the walls of a teachers dormitory.  Other team members are digging out the floor of the depot/store to prepare for pouring concrete later in the week. The team has also held VBS and had 74 children attend.

Note: the team does not have internet access, so posts will be limited.

We have arrived!!  The flight was uneventful and we took in all the sights, smell, and sounds of Port Au Prince as we drove through town to get t the guest house.  We are all now relaxing and resting since last night contained little sleep for most of us.  Tonight we will have a meeting about our job for the week.  Tomorrow we pack our things and travel to Cabaret.  More to come..........

At Washington Dulles Airport, Monday at 4:30AM - READY TO GO!

It is the day before we leave, most of the team spent yesterday packing and weighing luggage.  Mine is just under 50#.  So close, I hope it goes through!!!  Tomorrow at this time we will have just arrived at the United Methodist Guest house in Petionville (Port Au Prince) .  I will write to you then!  Until then, Happy Memorial Day to all of you reading this and God Bless all those who lost their lives for our country.
